Location: New York (Flatiron), NY or Boston, MA Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3-4 days per week in-person) About the Role Our client's mission is to multiply the world's healthcare capacity by building an AI-first medical practice that automates the entire clinical stack. With over $35 million in funding and partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, they are defining the future of human + AI collaborative care models. They are seeking a talented, driven Product Engineer to take on significant responsibility and ownership. You will be a key player in shaping the future of their engineering organization while working cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams. The engineering work spans full-stack web development, mobile development, data infrastructure, and AI/MLOps. What You'll Be Working On Developing patient-facing features on web and mobile apps to increase engagement and retention on their AI-powered care delivery platform. Scaling backend infrastructure with a critical focus on stability and data integrity. Improving their physician-facing care platform by integrating AI tooling to boost efficiency and clinical capabilities. Building robust enterprise integrations including EMR integrations with healthcare providers, claims data structuring, and HIE records parsing. 5+ years of experience building new products from zero to one in high-growth environments. A self-motivated, creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives and navigates ambiguity with ease. Experience at early-stage companies or through personal projects is valued.
