Mobile Engineer (Flutter/Dart) - Decentralized Trading Platform Location: Remote - US or Europe remote. Must overlap with ET by 4 hours. Compensation: $140K - $300K We are a well-funded, innovative financial technology company on a critical mission: to enable anyone with a digital wallet to trade stocks, commodities, currencies, and crypto with unprecedented transparency. We are replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built entirely on-chain. Every transaction, deposit, and withdrawal is verifiable through open, auditable code. We have secured significant backing from top-tier institutional and crypto-native investors. We are seeking a highly proficient Mobile Engineer to own and build our native mobile trading experience from the ground up. You will use Flutter and Dart to deliver a high-performance, cross-platform application (iOS and Android) that adheres to strict architectural standards and seamlessly integrates with our on-chain protocols. Responsibilities: Application Engineering: Develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications that deliver a native-tier experience on both iOS and Android. Scalable Architecture: Architect scalable and testable codebases using Clean Architecture principles, enforcing strict separation of concerns and utilizing modular dependency injection. Web3 Mobility: Architect and implement seamless mobile-first Web3 authentication and wallet connectivity (e.g., using WalletConnect, Reown AppKit, or Privy) for secure on-the-go trading, signing, and transaction lifecycles. Data Handling: Manage networking via GraphQL and REST, utilizing code generation tools (like freezed/json_serializable) for robust, immutable data models. Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive Unit and Widget tests to ensure stability, reliability, and consistency across both iOS and Android platforms. Core Technologies: Deep experience with Flutter 3.x, Dart, and the BLoC pattern for state management. Architecture: Proven experience implementing Clean Architecture or Feature-First patterns, with a focus on dependency injection and separation of concerns. Web3 Integration: Experience with Ethereum Dart libraries such as web3dart, eth_sig_util, or similar tools for on-chain interaction. Navigation: Proficiency with the GoRouter package for navigation. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience building DeFi or traditional trading platforms. Understanding of perpetuals trading, Real World Asset (RWA) markets, and core DeFi primitives. Experience with high-frequency trading systems or real-time data processing. Experience with GraphQL Code Generator. Contributions to open-source projects.
