Lead/Senior Front-End Engineer (DeFi Infrastructure on Solana) Location: Remote - PST-CAT preference Compensation: Competitive We are building the next generation of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) liquidity infrastructure on Solana. Our platform solves major industry problems by moving beyond traditional over-collateralized lending. We enable under-collateralized borrowing, programmable margin accounts, and composable strategies, all through one seamless application, unlocking capital efficiency and reducing risk. We are seeking a foundational hire, a Lead/Senior Front-End Engineer, to own and drive the frontend of our flagship platform. This role will shape the entire user experience, technical architecture, and future frontend engineering culture. As the go-to person for all things frontend, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and delivering a world-class, high-performance user experience for advanced DeFi users. Lead Frontend Development across the core application, including margin dashboards, complex strategy composition tools ("Recipes"), restaking flows, and advanced DeFi integrations. Design, implement, and maintain a scalable frontend architecture using modern frameworks (React/TypeScript). Own Solana Integrations: Develop robust transaction flows, real-time on-chain data visualization, and deep wallet adapter integration. Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to define and deliver core features that meet roadmap milestones. Establish Best Practices for code quality, testing, deployment (CI/CD), and performance optimization. Build and Mentor: Help scale the frontend team, review code, and foster engineering excellence as the company grows. Optimize UX: Create responsive, high-performance interfaces necessary for a real-time trading environment. We are looking for a technically deep engineer with proven leadership skills and direct experience in the Solana ecosystem. Strong experience building and shipping production frontends using React and TypeScript. Proven Solana Expertise: Direct experience with wallets, web3 libraries, transaction flows, and complex on-chain integrations within the Solana ecosystem. Expertise in Real-time Data: Experience with state management, real-time data visualization, and robust error handling in high-stakes blockchain UIs. Track Record of Leadership: Proven history of leading projects or teams, with direct ownership of architecture and feature delivery from concept to production. Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills in fast-paced startup environments. Nice to Haves: Experience with DeFi protocols, margin trading, restaking mechanics, or similar capital markets concepts. Prior startup or founding engineer experience.
