TikTok Live Project Manager (On-Site | Full-Time) Location: Troy, MI (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Salary (TBD) + performance incentives MallLIVE is a professional TikTok Live commerce operation built to drive consistent daily sales through live shopping. We are hiring a TikTok Live Project Manager to operate and scale our live selling operation. This role is operations-driven, performance-based, and on-site. This is not a social media manager role and not influencer hiring. This is a leadership role focused on execution, discipline, and revenue. Role Overview: • Run daily TikTok Live operations • Manage and train live sellers (hosts/creators) • Enforce performance standards • Track KPIs and sales results • Build a repeatable, scalable live-selling system Core Responsibilities: • Schedule and manage daily TikTok Live sessions (studios, sellers, time slots) • Recruit, onboard, and train TikTok Live sellers • Ensure all lives start on time, look professional, and meet sales goals • Oversee studio setup (camera, lighting, audio, product flow) • Track and analyze KPIs (views, conversion rate, revenue per hour, seller performance) • Coach, manage, and hold sellers accountable to performance standards • Coordinate with brands, inventory, and internal teams • Enforce structure, energy, and discipline during live operations • Improve systems, workflows, and live selling processes over time Who this role is for: • Experienced in TikTok Live or live commerce • Strong understanding of the TikTok Live algorithm • Confident managing creatives and sales-driven personalities • Organized, assertive, and decisive • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments • Able to lead without needing constant direction Requirements: • Proven TikTok Live experience (live selling preferred) • Experience managing live sessions and/or teams • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Comfortable working on-site full-time • Sales and performance mindset Compensation: • Salary (TBD) • Performance-based incentives tied to: • Live revenue • Seller performance • Growth in live hours Performance determines long-term fit MallLIVE is a live-selling operation, not a content team We value structure, energy, accountability, and results Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
