Location: Remote (Europe, USA, Canada, or LATAM) Team: Marketing Role overview At Mixmax, we are redefining how revenue teams operate. Our platform helps go-to-market teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the moments that actually drive deals forward. We automate repetitive work, surface real-time insights, and integrate directly into the tools revenue teams already rely on. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own and elevate our product story across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role sits at the center of how Mixmax shows up in the market. You will shape how we position our products, how we launch them, and how we communicate their value to customers. You will ensure our product narrative is clear, differentiated, and consistently expressed across every touchpoint. Website, campaigns, sales enablement, customer education, and in-product storytelling. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to connect product innovation with customer demand and adoption. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a marketer who wants real ownership and the chance to build structure, not just operate within it. What success looks like in the first year Establish a repeatable, scalable product and feature launch process and lead multiple high-visibility launches that drive measurable adoption Significantly increase the volume and quality of product-led storytelling across the website, sales and CS materials, and customer education channels such as the help center and Mixmax University Strengthen Mixmax’s positioning as an AI-native platform with clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with buyers and users Key performance indicators Website conversion rate Win rate for new deals Profile This is a mid to senior level role within Marketing. The right person will operate with a high degree of autonomy and be able to produce near-final output independently. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports in the near term. We are looking for someone who has been part of a larger product marketing function and is ready to take broader ownership. You should be comfortable stepping into an environment that is still evolving, identifying gaps, and building the processes, frameworks, and assets needed to scale. Requirements 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with most of that time in product marketing Experience translating product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and customer value Hands-on ownership of product and feature launches, from planning through execution and post-launch optimization Strong content creation skills across formats, including long-form written content, sales and customer materials, video, and interactive product experiences Product-led growth experience is highly desirable Role responsibilities Product positioning and messaging Product and feature launches Sales enablement Product-led content creation Competitive intelligence Customer and market insights This role is suited to a product marketer who wants to shape how a product is understood, adopted, and valued in the market.
