Specialty Infusion RN – IVIG & Biologics | Home Infusion Care | Michigan StatewideNow Hiring Experienced RNs Across Michigan Mitten Home Infusion: Nurse On Demand™ is expanding, and we are actively looking for Registered Nurses with strong IV skills and a passion for delivering exceptional specialty infusion care in the home. If you are an RN who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient connections, this is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license while joining a statewide nurse-led infusion team. 👩⚕️ Who We’re Looking For We are seeking confident, experienced RNs who can safely administer specialty therapies such as IVIG, SCIG, biologics, enzyme replacement therapies, and other complex infusion medications. The ideal candidate is: • A strong IV starter (this is essential) • Experienced in Emergency, ICU, PACU, Oncology, Infusion, or Home Care • Calm under pressure and able to manage rare home emergencies • Excellent at patient teaching and communication • Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor • Professional, reliable, and compassionate • Dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care 🩺 What You’ll Do As a Specialty Infusion RN with Mitten Home Infusion, you will: • Provide in-home specialty infusion treatments (IVIG, SCIG, biologics, hydration, antibiotics, etc.) • Assess, monitor, and educate patients during therapy • Document visits accurately and efficiently • Collaborate with prescribers, pharmacies, and care teams • Support patients managing autoimmune, neurologic, rheumatologic, metabolic, and rare immune conditions • Build long-term relationships with monthly or recurring infusion patients 💰 Compensation (1099 Contract Role) • $55/hour while providing in-home patient care • $28/hour for drive time and for education/training 📍 Where We’re Hiring (Michigan Statewide) We are actively recruiting in: West Michigan – Grand Rapids • Ada • Cascade • Holland • Fennville • Allegan • Muskegon • Kalamazoo Mid/East Michigan – Detroit • Troy • Southfield • Flint • Ann Arbor • Novi • Commerce Township • Grand Blanc Central Michigan – Lansing • Jackson • Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas 📚 Training & Clinical Support Even highly experienced infusion nurses appreciate our clinical training model.
