Mitsui Chemicals America, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, driven Senior Account Manager to spearhead the sales and business development of our innovative InnoCell plate technology for the New Business Incubation Center – US Project. What You’ll Do: • Lead Sales Strategy: Drive sales execution for InnoCell plates across pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic institutions. • Business Development: Identify and acquire new accounts, nurture strong customer relationships, and become a trusted advisor to researchers and decision-makers. • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and product demonstrations. • Industry Engagement: Represent Mitsui Chemicals at key conferences, trade shows, and scientific meetings. • Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for technical, quality, and engineering support, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Market Intelligence: Track customer feedback and competitive trends to guide product development and positioning. • Revenue Management: Analyze profitability, prepare forecasts, and optimize financial performance. • Compliance: Ensure product and pricing compliance with industry regulations. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field. • 5–10 years of experience in life sciences sales or account management. • Proven track record in sales to R&D teams within biotech, pharma, or academic research. • Strong understanding of cell culture workflows (MPS, organoids, or related applications). • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel up to 40% and work beyond normal business hours as needed. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). • Experience with laboratory consumables or advanced cell culture technologies.
