Company Mitsubishi Chemical Carbon Fiber and Composites, Inc. Job Description PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • On a daily basis, prepare orders per the Customer Order Acknowledgement. This includes reviewing and prioritizing orders according to product/customer specifications and means of transportation • Loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and manufacturing plant using company truck. • Retrieves product and verifies with shipment orders and palletize in preparation of being shipped out. Utilizing the ERP system, Sage X3. • As needed, prepare bill of lading and arrange for pickup of shipment by outgoing carrier • Receive and schedule when necessary incoming shipments such as supplies, precursor and chemicals etc., and rout to appropriate departments. Check shipment against purchase order. • Work with Production Planner and Customer Service Representative to assure accurate and timely shipment of products. • Exhibit exemplary conduct at all times in dealing with other MCCFC employees, and any outside contacts. Contribute to a healthy, positive, and safe environment. Promote self as a team member. • May be assigned, and be expected to perform to acceptable standards, any relevant related duties as required by management • Follow safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment Knowledge/ Experience/Skills Education: Minimum needed is a High School Education or GED Experience: Minimum needed is 1 – 2 years pervious shipping/receiving experience Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities For Performance Of Job • Experience forklift driver, knowledge of basic trucking/transportation business. • Good mathematical aptitude and experience with PC database programs to include Excel. • Good writing skills • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. Industry Knowledge Manufacturing industry experience, is a plus. The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$21.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
