The Field Sales Manager will build lasting customer relationships and create brand awareness while developing growth plans for each account. They will analyze data to drive sales and manage customer issues to support business growth.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 1 year in field sales within relevant industries is required, along with proficiency in sales data analytics.
What you'll do Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust Create brand awareness and positive impressions of the product Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes and document in CRM Manage customer issue resolution, seek additional opportunities to support the customer s needs, and support business growth by providing customers with useful information and guidance Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what competitors are offering and how Mitra9 products are positioned relative to the competition Participate in sales meetings, on and off-site training, and distributor events as required Lead educational sessions to enhance consumers’ and industry professionals' knowledge of our products, their unique qualities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in beverage, energy, alcohol, or consumer packaged goods industries Results-driven with a proven track record of volume achievements and delivering on distribution and retail promotional goals Proficiency in sales data analytics and tools Valid driver's license and ability to travel within an assigned territory Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to cover business expenses that will be reimbursed promptly Ability to obtain a solicitor’s permit if required Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift objects up to 35lbs, ascend or descend stairs, drive to multiple accounts in one day, and strong communication skills Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
