ROLE OVERVIEW We're looking for a high-performing Affiliate Director to help grow our client base by building relationships. This is a commission-based, performance-driven contractor role for someone who has experience with relationship-driven business growth. You'll represent the firm in your network, cultivate meaningful connections with decision-makers, and foster new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with an existing book of business, a strong reputation in their industry, and the drive to turn relationships into lasting partnerships. You'll have the backing of a trusted brand, sales support, and delivery infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best: operate and execute. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Leverage your network and initiate direct outreach to executives, operators, and decision-makers. • Pitch Mitchell Taylor’s services with confidence, clarity, and tailored relevance to client needs. • Build and nurture authentic business relationships that lead to partnerships • Maintain ongoing communication with the Mitchell Taylor team to track deal progress, align on opportunities, and ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams. • Log and track outreach activity, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system. • Participate in periodic strategy check-ins with our executive team to share insights and optimize results. QUALIFICATIONS Required: • Demonstrated success in business development or client acquisition roles • 5-10yrs of Strategy, Operations, or Transportation experience from Fortune 500 companies • Strong network of decision-makers and a track record of turning connections into signed business • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Ability to operate independently and autonomously in a commission-based structure • Comfort with CRM tools and remote communication • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field Preferred: • Familiarity with the supply chain, consulting, or professional services industries • Experience working with private equity, C-level executives, or other consulting companies • Familiarity with high-trust, performance-driven sales environments • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies • Ability to craft personalized outreach strategies and tailored sales approaches • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Master’s degree • Veteran & military-family strongly encouraged to apply JOB DETAILS • Job Type: Independent Contractor (Part-time, flexible) • Location: Remote • Compensation: Commission-based revenue sharing (details provided in the interview process) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Equal Opportunity Employer: Mitchell Taylor is an equal opportunity employer.
