Title: System Manage Revenue Cycle. Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$110,000-$118,000 Per Year Description This position is based in Houston, TX, and requires a hybrid work schedule. As a full-time role, the position involves managing compliance and audit processes within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include leading audits, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Familiarity with general technology platforms is required. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage an auditing and monitoring program to assess regulatory compliance. Lead and manage diverse audits, including government and commercial payer audits. Oversee case management, documentation, and timely audit submissions. Analyze audit trends and recommend improvements for risk mitigation. Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and compliant audit responses. Qualifications Strong understanding of audit regulations and healthcare reimbursement. Familiarity with medical coding, billing practices, and clinical documentation standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
