Title: IT Program Manager Location:Chandler,AZ Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$44.50-$63.70/Hrs Description Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables. Engage multiple teams for project or smaller program delivery. Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery. Manage risks and ensure compliance with standards. Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables. Ensure execution meets client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Facilitate synchronization across multiple organizations for delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs and status reviews. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal. Promote communication and collaboration across organizations. Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership. Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements. Support resource planning for delivery and execution. Qualifications 5 - 7 years of experience with large and complex technology-related projects. Experience in process design and gathering and analyzing user/system requirements. Proficiency in managing deliverables, timelines, project plans, and reporting status. Strong communication and presentation skills. General technical knowledge of system architecture.
