Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate new functionalities. Participate in end-to-end testing across various applications. Document and communicate bugs to the development team for resolution. Engage regularly with product managers, operations, and development teams throughout project stages. Responsibilities may expand to include additional duties as needed. Key Responsibilities Liaise with teams to understand batch file formats and local clearing requirements. Write and execute test plans and scripts. Conduct end-to-end testing with relevant teams. Log bugs and communicate with development teams for issue resolution. Communicate regularly with product managers and other teams. Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in FX/Payments or related fields. Ability to design simple business workflows adhering to regulatory requirements. Understanding of payment business models and SWIFT message types is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
