Operations General Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms Based: Grand Prairie Remuneration: $90,000 - $130,000 The role of the General Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms will involve: • Sales & marketing focused General Manager position promoting a manufactured range of visual display products • Running the operational function of both the manufacturing and distribution site • The role owns product assembly, raw material warehousing and inventory control, distribution, safety and the condition & care of the facility / grounds • Full P&L responsibility • Developing & managing a team of circa 9 The ideal applicant will be a General Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms with: • Must have 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution operations • Must have experience running a site • Must have previous people management experience • Ideally from a related industry such as laminated panels, millwork, aluminium, sheet metal or similar • Fluent with data and CRM systems • Must be a strong leader
