Job Title: Sr Product Manager, AI Overview: Join a pioneering leader in aerial imagery, property insights, and geospatial software as a Senior Product Manager, AI. You will spearhead complex, customer-centric software initiatives across multiple industries including government, energy, insurance, and architecture. Required Skills: • Minimum 5+ years experience in Product Management, with proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong technical aptitude with experience partnering effectively with engineering teams • Deep understanding of customer needs, market analysis, and product roadmapping • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly • Customer-focused, impact-driven mindset with a bias for action • Experience defining product requirements for AI features based on customer feedback and interaction • Ability to develop deep expertise rapidly within assigned domains • Experience in geospatial or imagery-based software platforms or AI-powered SaaS solutions Nice to Have Skills: • Knowledge of software development processes, APIs, and system integrations • Experience with UX/UI and user-centered design principles • Certification or experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, and related AI evaluation metrics • Understanding of geospatial concepts including imagery pipelines, map rendering, and spatial analysis Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred • Relevant experience supporting multiple customer segments on shared platforms MissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
