Purpose: We’re seeking a Sales Professional with 2-4 years of experience in commercial insurance or Insurtech SaaS sales. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth team working at the intersection of insurance, data, and technology. You’ll help independent agencies, MGAs, and distribution partners modernize how they access and quote markets through Talage’s commercial comparative rating solution. Essential Duties/Functions: · Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the agency, aggregator, and MGA channels · Conduct discovery sessions and product d emos tailored to the workflows of commercial lines professionals · Educate prospects on the advantages of digitizing and automating their small commercial quoting with Talage · Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless buyer journey · Consistently meet or exceed individual quota targets. · Maintain up-to-date activity records, forecasts, and notes. Required Qualifications: · 2–4 years of experience in insurance SaaS or insurance technology sales. · Familiarity with commercial P&C insurance products (e.g., BOP, Workers’ Comp, GL, Commercial Auto) · Experience working with or selling to insurance agents, wholesale brokers, or MGA distribution channels · Knowledge of comparative rating tools is a strong plus · Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, remote-friendly, results-driven environment · Skilled at consultative selling and tailoring value propositions to customer needs Preferred Qualifications: · Familiarity with AMS platforms · Experience with discovery-based frameworks · Strong demo and virtual selling capabilities · Understanding of API integrations or SaaS workflows in Insurtech Compensation & Benefits: · Competitive Base Salary · Uncapped commissions with accelerators · Career advancement within a growing Insurtech platform Additional Information This is a remote position.
