Preferred residing location in East Bay or OR. The Mission Healthcare Regional Vice President of Sales (RVP) will be responsible for developing business plans and strategies to support the growth of their individual Account Managers (AM) and overall territory budgeted goals. The RVP will have the responsibility of managing their Account Managers and working collaboratively with their operations partners for the overall success of their region. The RVP will utilize resources to deliver profitable growth while creating a culture of success and accountability. The RVP will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing Account Managers. The RVP will review incentive plans and set strategies to motivate the sales teams to achieve their admission budgets. Responsibilities: • Recruiting and building a pipeline of potential AMs. • Hiring, onboarding and continued training of AMs. • Territory build out and strategic planning to support growth. Exhibits ability to perform market analysis and knowledge of industry trends and market activities. • Continual review of Account Manager performance and ability to hold team accountable through weekly 1 on 1 calls, identifying trends, overcoming objections, and conducting Performance Improvement Plans for underachieving AMs. • Maintains and expands customer base by mentoring Account Managers; building and maintaining rapport with top referral sources; identifying new customer opportunities. • Exhibits ability to perform market analysis and knowledge of industry trends and market activities. • Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations. Verifies that members of his or her team manage company resources regarding expenses and time management appropriately. • Achieves Revenue growth goals necessary to support company objectives. • Assists in establishing volume projections in the annual budget and work collaboratively to achieve goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. • Conducts business in a manner that displays a high level of confidentiality, and integrity always. • Displays excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. • Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred. • At least three years of experience in health care marketing management. • Robust knowledge of referring partner and market dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and grow sales professionals. • Understands the Federal, State, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home health and hospice operations. • Excellent at communication and communicating within a team environment with the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals. • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. • Must be able to function efficiently in a stressful work environment. • Able to manage conflicting priorities and proactively communicate with direct leadership. • Previous experience in home health or hospice is preferred.
