In this role, you will drive innovation for transmission and distribution (T&D) automation and control software products designed to advance the Cleantech and Utilities sectors. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer and requires a balance of product leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities • Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and industry trends. • Translate customer needs into clear technical and functional product requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams, including software engineers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders. • Lead Agile-based product development cycles, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery. • Conduct competitive analyses and monitor emerging trends in the energy and utilities technology space. • Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert for transmission and distribution automation software. • Support technical pre-sales activities, customer demos, and product training sessions. • Assess and mitigate technical risks in collaboration with architecture and development teams. • Coordinate beta testing, define acceptance criteria, and oversee documentation. • Ensure alignment between business goals, technical capabilities, and end-user needs. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum 5 years of Technical Product Management or Product Engineering experience in the Power Transmission & Distribution Automation sector (or 3+ years with a Master's). • 4 years as a Product Owner in Agile environments. • 2+ years' experience with Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps frameworks. • Strong experience with enterprise-level Agile SDLC processes. • Proven ability to gather and aggregate technical and functional requirements. • Hands-on scripting or programming experience. • Excellent communication and client engagement skills. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
