About Mission Bit Mission Bit is a San Francisco-based nonprofit that inspires youth of color to explore the world of STEM with project-based computer science education that embraces their identities. We offer a variety of hands-on STEM education programs, including biweekly, semester-long introductory coding courses. The role As a Curriculum Developer with us, you’ll be responsible for designing a new Python-based curriculum for beginner high school students. Your work will focus on creating lessons, activities, and projects that build foundational programming skills while encouraging problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. You will report directly to the full-time Curriculum Developer. This is a temporary, part-time hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. In-person work is required at least once a week, depending on the program schedule. In-person work will include travel to the office and around the Bay Area.
