Business Development Manager- Western US & Canada Job Summary: In this role you will have an opportunity to represent a growing, respected brand and build long-term customer partnerships. You will identify and engage current and potential customers, growing our B2B sales within an assigned territory. Through face-to-face customer visits, networking and presence at industry events you will promote our products and grow sales. What You’ll Do: Prospect leads and grows sales with current and prospective accounts within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with B2B customers. Conduct in-person visits to potential and existing customers to present our product line, share brand knowledge, and demonstrate value. Negotiate contracts, sales terms, and agreements on alignment with company guidelines. Work with internal sales to establish new accounts and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. Provide ongoing education, training, and support to customers on promotions and sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account details in CRM or reporting tools. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Other duties as assigned. Your Creds: Bachelor’s degree OR 5 + years of sales experience in a relevant industry. Proven track record in B2B outside sales, account management, or territory sales. Experience in the auto industry and knowledge of aftermarket auto products is a must. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Extra Credit: Bilingual- Spanish Located within one hour of a major metropolitan airport. Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Requires flexibility, including hours availability to work outside a Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm schedule as needed including nights and weekends.
