We, (Miracle Software Systems, Inc), are actively looking for " Sr. Technical Program Manager – AI Automation & Payment Operations" to work #Full-Time / Contract on W2 with our Direct Client. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Position Description: 1. Project & Program Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining the scope, goals, and deliverables for Pay initiatives in alignment with organizational and product roadmaps. 2. AI & Operations Automation: Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI automation solutions for the operations team, streamlining manual workflows and improving operational efficiency. 3. Cross-Functional Facilitation: Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal product/engineering teams and external payment vendors or financial partners. 4. Data-Driven Communication: Effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership across multiple organizations, utilizing configured data and analytics dashboards to provide clear, quantitative measurements of progress. 5. Delivery & Execution: Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources. 6. Data Configuration & Problem Solving: Provide accurate and insightful analysis by configuring and manipulating data to solve complex operational and transactional problems, presenting this data in clear dashboard formats for executive presentations and reviews. 7. Risk & Compliance Mitigation: Identify technical, operational, and financial risks inherent to payment processing, and create robust risk mitigation plans to ensure the timely and secure completion of projects. 8. Payment & Checkout Domain Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in payments, transactional flows, and customer checkout experiences, ensuring our platform (Stripe) meets industry standards and delivers a frictionless user experience. Skills Required: Product Management, Automation, Data/Analytics dashboards. 1. Product Management – Expected to assist with leading the product lifecycle, define user stories and product roadmaps, prioritize the backlog (e.g., in Jira), and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features. 2. Automation – Expected to identify manual, repetitive tasks and implement automated workflows (e.g., using Ai tools like Gemeni Pro and LLM) to improve team efficiency. 3. Data/Analytics dashboards - Expected to assist with work in progress design suggestions to build, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboard (e.g., using Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. Experience Required: Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Proj Mgr Skills Preferred: Customer Checkout Customer Checkout - Preferred familiarity with online cart and checkout flows, fraud monitoring, payment gateways, billing systems, digital wallet integrations, and optimizing checkout conversion rates to reduce customer friction.
