Miracle Software Systems, is looking for the Program and Project Manager@ Allen Park, MI for a long term duration. Please find the job description below Position Description: Employees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals 2. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc. 3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors 4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements 5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources 6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews 7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs 8. Serve as a subject matter expert in their respective business domain of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales etc. Skills Required: Project Management, Project Planning, Analyst, Project Documentation Experience Required: Senior Associate Exp: 4 years in IT; 1 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Proj Mgr Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Additional Information : Hybrid Position 4 days a week onsite -Looking for a motivated candidate who is well organized, project focused, and results driven -Work within the PC Renewal space to help support project-based renewals (example: Renewals within Plants, special groups, etc.) -Willing to work across all client Skill teams -Customer focused who can clearly communicate expectations -Single-point-of-contact for customers for project status, understand service SLA's, etc. -Familiar with ServiceNow is a PLUS.
