We are committed to creating high-return opportunities for both our partners and investors. Role Description We’re seeking a Capital Raiser to join our team full-time at our Purchase, NY office. This on-site role involves identifying, engaging, and securing funding from accredited investors. You’ll be responsible for nurturing investor relationships, delivering compelling investment presentations, and clearly communicating the value of MIOYM’s real estate opportunities. The position also includes market research, staying informed on industry trends, and collaborating closely with the internal team to drive capital raising success. This is a high-impact, uncapped production-based role, offering strong upside for driven individuals. Qualifications • Proven experience in raising capital from investors • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Ability to craft persuasive investment proposals and presentations • Strong understanding of market dynamics and investor motivations • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field • Highly organized with strong time management skills • Must be able to work on-site in Purchase, NY
