Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, supervise temporary employees, maintain client relations, and ensure staffing and compliance at the client site.
Experience in recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, client communication, and payroll processing.
Position Summary The Onsite Representative is responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, maintenance and supervision of Minutemen temporary employees on site at the client’s location. Maintain customer relations and communicate with management on a timely basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Utilizes various recruiting methods in order to attract qualified candidates (i.e. job boards, social media, print media, grass roots, etc.) · Interviews and screen candidates · Facilitate plant tours · Administer drug screens and run background check reports. · Conduct orientation and onboard all new temporary employees. · Performs 90-day reviews for all temporary associates. · Track reporting metrics (Turnover, time to fill position, etc.). · Employee Relations (counseling/coaching/discipline/terminations). · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures · Communicates with plant management in order to ensure the facility is fully and properly staffed. · Payroll processing · Works as liaison between Minute Men and client · Other responsibilities as assigned
