Lead quality assurance activities including audits, customer complaint analysis, and process improvements.
Experience in quality control processes, audit management, and customer complaint resolution.
• Take part in new project development through APQP, prepare the PPAP documents and get approval from customers • Prepare the CP and inspection instruction, user guide of the gage and checking fixture; make the training plan for inspector and operator and implement it. • Lead customers complain analysis, provide 5why or 8D report on time for customer and following the corrective and preventive actions. • Daily quality issues handling to make correct & improvement actions. • Monitor scrap cost and push improvement to reduce it. • Product audit and process audit and coordinate system audit. • Analyze and solve the customer warranty issues. • Customer audit and the second part audit.
