Mint Pineapple Boutique is a fast-growing, size-inclusive women’s fashion boutique based in Kansas. Our warehouse is a clean, climate-controlled, boutique-style environment — more like an organized operations space than a traditional industrial warehouse. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily fulfillment, team management, and workflow systems while maintaining a calm, organized, and positive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, building systems, and keeping operations running smoothly, without the chaos of a large distribution center. What This Role Is: • Climate-controlled, organized workspace • No forklifts, heavy machinery, or pallet racking • No overnight shifts • Small to mid-sized team • Apparel, accessories, and boutique fulfillment • Close collaboration with leadership and creative teams Responsibilities • Oversee daily order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping • Manage, train, and support warehouse team members • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency • Create and improve processes for inventory flow and accuracy • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning • Ensure quality control and timely order shipping • Communicate clearly with leadership on priorities and needs • Help onboard and mentor new team members • Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional work culture What We’re Looking For • Prior experience managing operations, fulfillment, or warehouse teams • Comfortable leading a team in a structured but flexible environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Calm, solution-oriented leadership style • Detail-oriented with a systems mindset • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or apparel fulfillment is a plus • Someone who values clean spaces, efficiency, and teamwork Schedule & Environment • Primarily weekday hours • On-site role • Climate-controlled, boutique-style warehouse • Fast-paced but supportive work environment Company DescriptionMint Pineapple Boutique is a fast-growing, size-inclusive women’s fashion boutique based in Kansas.
