Senior Technical Solutions Analyst Department: Information Solutions Reports to: Director of IT Job Summary The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst is a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating business systems to improve workflows and operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in system integrations (APIs, data transfers), ERP configuration, QMS and PLM systems, and Office 365 automation. The analyst will work cross-functionally to develop technical solutions, manage projects, and ensure seamless system interoperability. Ability to quickly learn new systems, proactively seek improvements, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. • Act as a proactive business partner. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption. • Ability to work with all levels of the company. Effectively gather requirements from frontline employees, managers, and executives to develop scalable and sustainable solutions. • Collaborative problem solving without needing detailed specifications. Use business knowledge and system expertise to design effective solutions, even when requirements are loosely defined. • Provide customer service-oriented support for business systems. Assist users with troubleshooting, training, and optimizing system usage to ensure efficiency and satisfaction. • Project management skills with the ability to execute and drive tasks to completion. Organize, track, and deliver technical projects on time while coordinating efforts across multiple teams. • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot ERP systems to support business processes, such as automating workflows, optimizing inventory management, improving financial reporting, and enhancing production planning. • Develop and manage system integrations (APIs, data transfers). Establish seamless data exchanges between critical systems, ensuring reliable communication across platforms such as ERP, CRM, QMS, and HR systems. • Use expertise in Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Teams, Planner, etc.). Leverage automation and collaboration tools to enhance workflows, streamline approvals, and improve task management across the business. Preferred Skills & Responsibilities • Epicor ERP expertise, including: • Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Epicor to align with business needs and improve operational efficiency. • Creating and maintaining BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management rules), dashboards, SSRS reports, and screen customizations to enhance data visibility and user experience. • Working with Epicor ECM (Enterprise Content Management) to organize, store, and retrieve documents efficiently within business processes. • Experience with Epicor Automation Studio or Workato to integrate systems and automate key workflows. • Experience working in a regulated industry or configuring Quality Management Systems (QMS). Understanding of compliance requirements and how to configure systems to support quality assurance and regulatory adherence. • SQL query development and/or administration. Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting across business systems. • Power BI development experience. Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment. • PMP certification or equivalent expertise in advanced project management. • Strong foundational knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers, databases, programming languages, and web technologies. • Proven experience with at least one ERP software solution. • Broad business process knowledge, with expertise in three or more areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Engineering Project Management. • Strong project planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. The salary range for this position is: $125,000-$155,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
