Skills: Proven skills in creating and implementing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and refine strategies for enhanced engagement. Creativity: Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content and campaigns. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and nurture online communities effectively. Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics. Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop and curate creative and engaging multimedia content for social media platforms. Strategy Development: Craft and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. Community Management: Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and moderation of user-generated content.
