Job Description Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our Information Technology team! This individual will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity and overall business performance. This role requires a deep understanding of community banking operations and systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, this position works directly with the IT Department to organize and implement the bank's technology activities and initiatives. They are responsible for providing technological support, communication and interpretation of information security and cybersecurity risks to Bank employees as well as researching issues as they arise. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration or equivalent combination. Strong technical knowledge of network security, operating systems, system administration and security protocols.
