What You’ll Do • Own and manage assigned mid-market accounts and territory • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities • Drive upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewal revenue • Build strong customer relationships measured by: • Customer satisfaction • Referenceability • Growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) • Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model • Travel 20–35% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners What You Bring • 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas • Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K+ • Success in a fast-paced, competitive, consultative sales environment • Experience selling to Plant Managers, Directors/VPs of Operations • Experience selling MES, PLM type software preferred • Experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics a plus Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Associate or Technical College degrees considered Career Growth This role offers a clear path forward. After 2–3+ years of strong performance, high achievers may be eligible for promotion to Senior Account Executive.
