Manage commercial insurance client accounts by processing applications, preparing proposals, handling policy documents, and supporting the team.
Requires 2+ years insurance experience servicing commercial accounts, Florida Property and Casualty license preferred, account management software skills, and strong communication abilities.
The Commercial Lines Account Manager's primary responsibilities include servicing current & new clients by working with the carrier and producers. • Help complete applications to the appropriate carriers. Follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies • Prepares pre-renewal summaries of insurance, including schedules for the producer presentation to the client. • Prepares client-ready proposals and delivers them to the producer. • Assist with binders, certificates, auto ID cards, policies, endorsements, and audits and forward them to clients with appropriate correspondence. • Process cancellations/reinstatements from carriers according to agency policies. • Document all activity, phone calls, emails, and correspondence in account management software, following agency-established workflows precisely, with no variations/workarounds. • Other tasks, as needed, to support the team • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Primarily working alongside Christian-based organizations with the desire to be relatable and authentic Qualifications: • two or more years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts • Florida Property and Casualty license 2-20 preferred. • Account management software experience preferred • Knowledge of the Insurance business • Computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Verbal and written communication skills Please email info@ministryinsurance.org for more information.
