Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in SaaS implementation or customer success, strong project management, problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with payment processing systems.
About the position Responsibilities • Lead accounts payable automation implementation projects for new clients, including configuration, testing, and launch • Configure payments according to client specifications • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Vendor) to resolve technical issues and enhance platform functionality • Provide technical consultation to clients on best practices • Create and maintain documentation for client implementations and internal processes • Train clients on platform usage and provide ongoing technical support during the implementation phase • Ensure client ramps to expected volumes within expected timeframes Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or a similar client-facing role • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience with payment processing systems and financial transactions Nice-to-haves • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or faith-based organizations • Knowledge of payments/accounts payable processing • Familiarity with API integrations • Experience with financial management systems • Project management experience a plus Benefits • Robust healthcare options including a plan that is 100% covered by Ministry Brands for employee only coverage and a generous HSA contribution • Flexible paid time off including PTO for vacation and up to 80 hours of paid sick/safe leave • 11.5 days of fully paid holidays • Paid parental leave • Mental health support through an Employee Assistance Program • Professional development reimbursement for further education and career • Employee Recognition & Rewards program through Nectar
