Our digital infrastructure is designed to map, monitor, and manage the underground mining environment with confidence, creating a persistent, data-rich foundation for operational and strategic decision-making. Since the launch of our flagship product, FaceCapture, in late 2023, adoption has accelerated rapidly as customers realize the value of truly understanding their underground operations. We focus on underground mining of critical minerals and precious metals, where small improvements in accuracy and insight drive outsized returns. Our technology delivers millions of dollars in annual value by minimizing overbreak, improving ore calls, enhancing resource models, and enabling a growing set of high-impact applications across the mine lifecycle. By transforming raw underground data into actionable intelligence, Mine Vision Systems empowers mining teams to operate more efficiently, more predictably, and with greater confidence than ever before. Essential Functions This role will be based in South America. Work in a safe and professional manner, underground and at remote locations Provide training, technical support, and consulting services to customers, including: Train customers who have a diverse set of technical and mining industry backgrounds Ensure each customer experience is positive, productive, and value-driven Assess, properly document, and resolve issues in a timely manner Communicate confidently and effectively with customers, creating excitement for adoption and expanded use of MVS technologies Serve as the primary technical and relationship owner for a portfolio of small enterprise accounts, ensuring continued engagement, satisfaction, and adoption Drive business development and industry awareness at assigned small enterprise accounts Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts, partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to support account growth over time Gather customer feedback at mine sites and through remote touchpoints, translating insights into product, training, and go-to-market improvements Support Sales and GTM team by: Helping build compelling business cases for new and existing customers Supporting evaluations, pilots, and conversion initiatives Reinforcing ROI and value realization post-deployment Test and familiarize yourself with new product releases and features as required Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of training materials, best practices, and customer enablement content Encourage a collaborative environment by building strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams Respond professionally and constructively to evolving priorities and ad-hoc requests Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Prior underground experience in Technical Services strongly preferred: e.g. in Geology, Geotech, Engineering, etc. Bachelor of Science in Geology, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred Confident, customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships Ability to balance technical delivery with account ownership and commercial awareness Self-starter who learns new technologies, products, and use cases quickly Demonstrates understanding of underground face mapping concepts Experience with underground mapping, modeling, and/or engineering software Strong communication skills across technical, operational, and commercial audiences Ability to deal with multiple, competing demands and prioritize appropriately Comfortable presenting to small groups, site teams, and customer leadership Excellent written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills in English Secondary language skills preferred: ideally both Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian) Physical requirements Frequent sitting, standing, typing, use of hands, travel on airplanes, and working in underground mines Valid driver's license and passport Occasional: bending, reaching, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs Benefits Competitive salary Full benefits offering including: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance Generous PTO Fully remote position Small team that allows for immediate impact and showcasing of your talents Opportunity for hands-on work with cutting edge technology
