This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers with benefits enrollment, claims, and payments, and providing exceptional service via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with life and health benefits inquiries and enrollment • Resolve claims, payment, and website-related issues • Document interactions in Salesforce and escalate issues as needed • Conduct follow-ups via phone and email Requirements: • Active Life & Health License in CA, FL (both required) • Need to get licensed in MA, MI, NY, IN and at least 3 of the following: NJ, OH, MD, PA, VA, CT, once offered the role. • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience • Basic MS Office and troubleshooting skills Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree • Call center experience • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Experience with Group Life, Medical, Dental, or Vision products Note: Structured scheduling; strong focus on inclusion, development, and community involvement.
