Full Description

Who We Are At Mindr and our family of brands, we are dedicated to being a force for good. That's why we provide substance use safety, detection and monitoring products and services that help people live responsibly and keep communities safe. Always aware. Always Guiding. Never Restricting or judging. What You’ll Be Doing The Outside Sales Manager is a sales leadership role responsible for driving Ignition Interlock Device (IID) referral growth and BEZ high-risk insurance referrals through a network of influential partners across the DUI ecosystem. This leader develops and supports a team of Partner Success Managers to execute referral-based sales strategies, strengthen partner relationships, and grow territory performance through disciplined CRM usage, BI-driven insights, and consistent sales activity. Looking ahead, the Outside Sales Manager will also support the company’s strategy for Keepr, our alcohol-monitoring solution designed for both personal use and court- or treatment-directed programs. As Keepr continues to expand across consumer, regulated, and treatment channels, this leader will contribute through partner engagement, territory expertise, and future sales initiatives as the Keepr go-to-market model matures. Team Leadership & Sales Performance • Lead weekly one-on-one meetings with Partner Success Managers to review performance, address challenges, and align on goals. • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement while providing coaching that improves sales activity and execution. • Approve expense reports, PTO, and commission expectations for your team. Referral Growth: IID, BEZ & Emerging Products • Drive IID referral growth through partner engagement, targeted outreach strategies, and consistent sales execution within assigned territories. • Coach Partner Success Managers to promote BEZ high-risk insurance (SR-22/FR-44 filing) alongside IID conversations to reinforce a unified customer experience. • Support early Keepr strategy by helping identify partner opportunities, sharing territory intelligence, and preparing the team for future sales expectations or initiatives as Keepr expands across consumer, regulated, and treatment channels. Data-Driven Territory Management • Guide Partner Success Managers in using BI dashboards to understand territory trends, partner performance, funnel activity, and opportunity areas—bringing insights into weekly coaching. • Oversee your team’s CRM usage by ensuring accurate data entry, activity logging, funnel management, and accountability to CRM expectations. • Review and maintain updated state breakdowns that outline risks, issues, opportunities, and market conditions. • Ensure each rep develops and updates a DUI Journey Map for their states to determine which business segments (monitoring authority, attorneys, treatment providers, or a blend) offer the strongest influence and referral opportunity. Partner Relationship Development & Escalation Support • Provide guidance on partnership development, onboarding, and execution of referral guidelines. • Collaborate with Partner Support, Compliance, Marketing, and other departments to address partner needs and streamline issue resolution. • Act as the escalation point for complex partner concerns the PSMs cannot resolve independently. • Participate in key partner visits, field meetings, and industry events as needed. Campaigns, Programs & Cross-Functional Initiatives • Review, approve, and support mass campaign efforts proposed by Partner Success Managers, ensuring alignment with company messaging, compliance expectations, and measurable outcomes. • Use CRM and BI insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, partner activities, and sales execution trends. • Contribute to company initiatives—including future Keepr strategies—by ensuring your team is prepared to support new offerings and by providing insight into territory readiness. Tradeshow & Event Strategy • Partner with PSMs to identify new tradeshows, conferences, and association sponsorships that align with strategic opportunities within their territories. • Evaluate the effectiveness of current events and sponsorships, recommending continuation or removal based on performance, partner value, and market relevance. • Attend major or high-impact events with Partner Success Managers to provide leadership presence, strengthen partner relationships, and support field execution. • Participate in national tradeshows or association events occurring within the manager’s region to ensure consistent brand representation and strategic alignment. Other Responsibilities • Track key team metrics such as outbound calls, right-party connect rates, referral funnel performance, and BI-identified KPIs; provide insights to senior leadership. • Perform all other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role, ideally in an outside sales or partnership-driven environment. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) with demonstrated experience in data management and reporting. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve challenges independently or escalate when necessary. • Strong analytical skills for tracking and interpreting performance metrics and sales data. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. • Travel approximately 40-60% Team Engagement • Conduct in-person meetings with Partner Success Managers to provide mentorship, training, and performance reviews. • Participate in onboarding or field training for new hires as necessary. • Occasional trips to corporate headquarters or national events may also be expected Strategic Support • Visit key partners or attend meetings with Partner Success Managers to address high-priority issues or strengthen relationships. • Collaboration with Internal Teams • Attend company events, leadership meetings, or collaborative sessions with departments like Compliance, Marketing, and Partner Support.
