Serve as the technical lead for SharePoint attestation issues, manage escalations, support business units, and provide process improvement recommendations.
Requires strong communication, facilitation, presentation, conflict resolution skills, and technical knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office/M365, and SharePoint 2019/Online.
Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst (SharePoint) Work Location: Los Angeles, CA (100% Remote working as per PST business hours) Durations: 6-month contract Purpose: To work as a point of contact between the various business units and the SharePoint Application team to facilitate the planning, tracking, and completion of the client SharePoint Attestation. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Code of Conduct, RBC Values, and Guiding Principles, ensuring adherence to Privacy principles. Primary Responsibilities: • Technical Lead/Go-To person for escalations, problems, and any issues for the client SharePoint Attestation • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Identify areas for maximizing resource use, common processes, and reporting, etc. • Assist in support efforts between various client business units • Address/reply to all business correspondence by the next business day. • Ensure all escalated incidents are addressed on time, according to established SLA’s • Prioritize regularly to effectively and efficiently respond to business needs. • Provide recommendations for process improvements. • Resolve concerns or conflicts or escalate to the manager as appropriate. • Requires minimal supervision • Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members and stakeholders. • Knowledge transfer among the team through document creation/update and learning sessions.
