Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - IV Location: Bedminster, NJ Targeted Years of Experience: 3+ years Bedminster, NJ - In office 3 days a week (Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Responsibilities: • Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition of small cells • Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies • Will be required to work in Fuze • Manage project purchase orders • Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team MUST HAVE SKILLS: • **Experience in SMALL CELL REAL ESTATE**. • This includes enhanced knowledge of ROW Agreements and Municipal Consents This is NOT a construction-based role • Ability to communicate across functional groups including RF, Engineering and Implementation Knowledge of zoning hearing process and procedures • Can efficiently work multiple projects at once; does not get overwhelmed w/ volume • Has computer skills and can identify ways to make process improvements • Team player with interpersonal skills, who has a positive attitude • Proactive in communications and very organized DESIRED SKILLS: • Experience in working with attorneys • Ability to read and understand real estate contract language • FUZE SPM and PO module expertise • Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
