Job Title: IT Project Manager - Global Job Architecture and Fieldglass Integration Project Overview Kenvue is embarking on a significant transformation through the Global Job Architecture project to recalibrate all roles within Workday HCM. This initiative aims to transition from a legacy job architecture inherited from Pharmaceutical to a modernized structure that aligns with our future-state operating model. The goal is to create a more efficient and engaging workplace that empowers Kenvuers to take ownership of their careers. In addition, part of the PM's team will support an in-flight Fieldglass integration project as we are automating R2P process by removing the need for purchase orders. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the Global Job Architecture project from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with Kenvue's strategic objectives. Workday Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM to guide the configuration and updates needed for job architecture. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and management, to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for new job families and organizational design. Testing and Support: Drive testing efforts to validate configurations and ensure they meet business requirements. Provide support during testing phases, addressing any issues that arise. lignment with Downstream Systems: Coordinate with downstream systems and departments to ensure that changes to job profiles and architecture are effectively communicated and integrated into their processes. Cut-Over Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage the cut-over process, ensuring that old job profiles and new job profiles can coexist and operate seamlessly during the transition period. Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that milestones are met and within budget. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Required Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly with a focus on Workday HCM implementations and job architecture transformations. Knowledge of Job Architecture: Strong understanding of global job architecture principles and best practices. Exposure and experience with FG implementation will be a plus Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workday's configuration, reporting tools, and integration capabilities. Fieldglass experience will be a plus. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and thorough documentation of the project changes and note taking. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Comfortable navigating through ambiguity, be able to articulate project risks. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during the project. Desired Attributes daptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust plans as needed to meet changing business requirements. Leadership: Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards successful outcomes.
