We're looking for a Digital Messaging Delivery Lead (Project Manager) to serve as the critical bridge between creative intent and final customer delivery for high-volume digital channels. In this fast-paced, team-centric environment, you won't just manage tasks—you'll own the end-to-end execution of vital marketing and service messages (Email, SMS, and Push Notifications). This role requires a blend of technical fluency, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to confidently influence and align partners across the enterprise. What You'll Be Accountable For As the owner of the message delivery pipeline, your mission is to ensure digital communications are launched flawlessly, on time, and fully compliant. • Execution Hub: Act as the primary operational point of contact, orchestrating the journey of a message from initial concept to deployment. This includes partnering with content editors, designers, marketing teams, and engineers to build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns and alerts. • Compliance Guardian: Maintain a state of perpetual audit-readiness. You'll strictly enforce all Legal, Risk, and Compliance controls, ensuring our execution processes are well-documented and followed to the letter—no shortcuts. • Production Oversight: Drive the entire production workflow, including the timely collection and organization of all necessary artifacts, technical system setup, thorough Quality Assurance (QA) testing, and continuous post-launch monitoring. • Stakeholder Synthesis: Master the art of cross-functional influence. Work proactively with partners across the business to expedite necessary approvals and secure the required creative/technical elements for go-to-market readiness. • Transparent Communication: Provide clear, concise, and proactive status updates to all stakeholders daily, ensuring full transparency regarding project health, potential roadblocks, and timelines. What You'll Bring to the Table We need a proactive, adaptive problem-solver who can navigate complexity while keeping their eye on the customer experience. Core Experience & Skills • Proven experience in operations management or project delivery, ideally with a background in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and an understanding of delivery platforms for Email, SMS, and Push Notifications. (Exceptional project/delivery leads from non-technical fields with a rapid learning curve are also encouraged to apply.) • A demonstrated ability to autonomously lead multiple projects simultaneously, meeting commitments, building consensus, and effectively negotiating resolutions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust your message and tone to suit audiences ranging from technical teams to executive leadership. • Familiarity with modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and experience working alongside Data Analysts and Tech Teams who leverage APIs.
