Minding Your Media is a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Paid Ads, Web Development, Marketing Automation, and AI-driven growth strategies. We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our team on a commission basis. This role is performance-driven and perfect for individuals who excel in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals. You’ll be selling high-value digital marketing solutions to industries including Healthcare, Law Firms, Home Services, Tech/SaaS, Retail/E-commerce, and Agency Partners. Compensation: • 30% commission on every initial sale you close (paid through Upwork). • 10% monthly residual commission for the lifetime of the client as long as they remain active (also paid through Upwork). • Earnings typically range from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, with no cap. • Example: If you close a $5,000/month retainer, you’ll earn $1,500 upfront + $500/month for as long as the client stays. What You’ll Do: • Prospect and engage with business owners, decision makers, and agencies. • Present and position our digital marketing services effectively. • Close deals and manage smooth handoff to our delivery team. • Build long-term client relationships with support from our agency.
