Design and architect a HR Data hub integrating multiple HCM data sources using Azure Fabric and Databricks, including ETL processes, APIs, and rollout strategy.
Senior-level experience in Azure and Databricks architecture, Workday knowledge, ETL design patterns, regulatory compliance, and preferably AZ-305 certification.

Description One of our client needs to build a HR Data hub that will combine data from multiple HCM systems used globally (approx 7 different feeds from different countries). The data will be used to feed to multiple systems downstream, and reporting through PowerBI. Mush have: • Azure Architecture • Databricks • Workday • Design patterns for ETL Responsibilities: • Define a common / conformed data model for a HR Data hub to combine the data based on downstream data requirements and other regulatory restrictions (eg GDPR) • Define the data extraction from different sources • Architect / design the ETL processes and storage using Azure Fabric and Databricks, including monitoring, error handling and other support needs • Define APIs and other interfaces need for data consumption • Define rollout strategy • Guide the team through implementation, testing and deployment Experience / knowledge • Solution / data architecture experience in a similar project in HCM space • Architecture level knowledge of Azure and Databricks • Experience with Workday • Good knowledge of regulatory needs for extracting HR data from different countries • Design patterns for ETL, involving different sources with multiple timelines • Azure architect certification preferred (AZ 305) Salary $60 - $85 per hour
