Business Development Manager (Healthcare Partnerships) The Business Development Manager is a key strategic role at Minder, driving growth and innovation at the intersection of behavioral health, telehealth, and healthcare networks. This fully remote position focuses on developing high-value partnerships with payors, health systems, and provider organizations, ensuring that Minder’s ecosystem model expands nationwide access to neuropsychological evaluations and behavioral health services. As Minder scales, this role is designed to grow into senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape national payor and provider strategies. You’ll serve as both a relationship architect and a growth catalyst—turning complex healthcare needs into scalable, telehealth-enabled partnership models that deliver measurable impact for patients, payors, and providers alike. Core Responsibilities • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Minder’s growth objectives and goals. • Build and expand relationships with payors, health systems, and other strategic partners, negotiating terms that ensure sustainability and mutual value. • Work closely with marketing and leadership to develop co-branding opportunities and establish KPIs that track and demonstrate impact. • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts, supported by data-driven insights and measurable performance results. • Represent Minder in external forums, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and credibility. • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of partnership agreements and ongoing relationship success. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or sales within healthcare. • Direct experience working with payors and health systems, with proven ability to negotiate agreements, reimbursement schedules, and partnership contracts that drive profitability. • Proven success in growing existing accounts with measurable results. • Working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including reimbursement models and provider partnerships. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach. • Team-player mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and flex responsibilities to achieve shared objectives. • Data-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and uncover growth opportunities. • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools.
