As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence, overseeing and elevating how our guests discover, engage with, and stay connected to our brands. In this role, you’ll shape and execute digital strategy across Mina Group’s portfolio — from websites and CRM to email, SEO, and digital advertising — ensuring that every campaign reflects our brand’s sophistication and passion for hospitality. You’ll lead the evolution of our digital platforms, guide partnerships with top-tier vendors, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize performance and ROI. Working in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, the VP of Marketing, and our restaurant leadership teams, you’ll play a vital part in amplifying the voice of Michael Mina and Mina Group across all digital channels — bringing innovation, elegance, and measurable results to every interaction. Skilled in managing vendor and agency relationships to ensure efficiency and brand alignment. Comfortable translating creative vision into actionable technical execution. Experienced in measuring ROI and presenting insights to leadership teams. Confident managing luxury or hospitality brand standards across all digital channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Proficiency with Google Analytics, WordPress, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and SEO best practices. Familiarity with HTML and website content management tools. Experience engaging with high-profile and celebrity clientele preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel occasionally to support company initiatives.
