Job Title: Hotel Front Office Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Position Type: Contract (with opportunity to go permanent) Pay: $3,141 per month (Paid biweekly) Taxes: 1099 Form (collect 100% of your earnings) Company Overview: Mims Consulting Group specializes in delivering top-tier management solutions to the hospitality industry. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background—IHG experience is preferred, with Hilton experience as a plus—and will be responsible for leading staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Demonstrate proven experience in a hospitality environment (IHG preferred; Hilton a plus) • Supervise, lead, train, and schedule front desk employees, including receptionists and night auditors • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, effectively handling inquiries, special requests, and complaints • Oversee front desk operations, including reservation management, check-ins/check-outs, billing, and cash handling • Ensure accurate guest record-keeping and reporting • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests and staff • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations • Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues promptly to uphold guest satisfaction • Monitor front desk supply inventory and place orders as needed • Assist with creating and managing front desk staff schedules • Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License Qualifications: • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and diplomacy • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficiency with hotel management software and systems, including HotelKey Why Join Us: • 1099 contract – keep 100% of your earnings • Option to become permanent after contract ends. • Join a respected network of hospitality professionals Apply Now: If you are a seasoned hospitality professional seeking a dynamic and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
