Coordinates high level activities with greater latitude for independent judgement. Responsibilities: Perform advanced administrative tasks including preparing communications, expense reports, making reservations for travel, arranging detailed plans and meeting agendas. Work closely with Hiring Manager to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Conduct research, compile data, and present to the Hiring Manager and other department leaders. Maintain and organize confidential corporate files and records. Attend TEAm meetings and prepare summaries as needed. Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, monitoring progress and problem solving. Manage company milestone and recognition program. Provide backup within department as needed. Serve as a Strategic Planning auditor by attending all quarterly and annual meetings to prepare Department Metrics and monitor progress Maintain Department SharePoint sites and be an Office 365 Champion. Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities. This position has food safety responsibilities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: All applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. degree; or a minimum of five to seven years of proven administrative support functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience. All applicants must have strong experience with Internet based software, social media platforms, and Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
