Job Description Internal Job Title: Senior Global Experience Production Manager (SGXPM) Serve as the technical director for client content, data and event-specific production needs. Collaborate with Global Experience team members to plan and execute events that meet or exceed client expectations pursuant to Miller Tanner Associates (MTA) standards as well as serves as a mentor and leader for the Global Experience Production Manager (GXPM) Team. Job Requirements Education, Experience & Training • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 7 to 10 years of experience in a production management role within the event staging and production space • Superior knowledge of audio-visual equipment and set-ups • Experience producing and directing Virtual Events • Advanced knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (Zoom and similar platforms) • Experience producing and directing virtual events • Strong working knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) • Microsoft Office Suite - PC and/or Mac proficiency in PowerPoint is essential • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to assume responsibility and effectively collaborate across all levels of an organization. • Excellent communication skills, research, writing and analytical skills; sound judgment, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent analytical, critical, and abstract reasoning skills • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Time management and ability to prioritize workload • Strongly self-disciplined; thrives in virtual team environment • Ability to work across multiple time zones and relate to diverse cultures • This position requires approximately 25% domestic and international travel on an annual basis Job Responsibilities Production Services Oversight • Coordinate all production logistics for F2F and virtual events, pre-event, during and post event. • Partner with client(s) and GX team members to understand production needs for F2F, hybrid or virtual events to ensure optimal solutions are offered to clients through a thorough understanding of MTA products and services. • Manage high figure budgets and financial reconciliation of all event-related production expenses. • Manage internal team, inclusive of full-time and contract staff; task delegation, as appropriate, ensuring production goals are met and live event is executed successfully. • Manage vendor partnerships during planning and live event including, but not limited to equipment rental, labor, production/technology services, translation, shipping, etc. • Provide technical direction during on-site events to ensure the smooth operation of AV equipment and performance/compliance of technicians. • Contribute innovative solutions internally to support continued advancement of MTA product/service offerings and resources. • Cultivate new business relationships around the globe. • Additional responsibilities as assigned to support the functioning of the GXPM team Cultural Activator & Digital Security Steward • Exemplify and amplify MTA’s core values: • Creatively Agile • Teaming with Trust • Talent Empowered • Clarity of Character • Service with Soul • Sparks/spreads joy and excitement for all things MTA (i.e. culture, initiatives, products, team accomplishments, etc.) • Commitment to DEI: Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, including the ability to support DEI initiatives (and implement, if applicable to role), as well as promote equity and inclusivity in all aspects of executing duties and responsibilities • Responsible for following all MTA policies and procedures related to security controls for the protection of personal or sensitive data and all confidential information; personal and sensitive data is defined as such by GDPR: “confidential information is defined as all data, documents, or materials, in any form or medium, provided to the company that could reasonably be expected to be proprietary to a customer or sponsor; confidential information includes, but is not limited to, any information concerning or relating to the property, products, technology, business and affairs of that customer or sponsor” • Provide recommendations for improvements of MTA security controls, when applicable • Support company-wide compliance efforts through timely completion of all mandatory security, policies and procedure training Other duties as assigned by MTA leadership.
