Project Coordinator Industry: Professional Services Salary: $80-90K Plus: Paid OT & Bonus Location: Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, NYC - Midtown Work for a prestigious executive search/consulting firm working closely with one Executive as a Project Coordinator. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, act as a trusted gatekeeper and be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done! Responsibilities • First point of contact with clients • Create and revise all documents in Word and PowerPoint • Database and client management • Heavy scheduling of client meetings • Travel arrangements • Expense reimbursements • Maintain highly confidential information • Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of prior support or coordination experience • At least 2 years experience supporting a senior executive • Experience in a financial services, professional services or comparable environment is preferred • Strong MS Office Skills including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word • Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Extremely organized, detail oriented • Ability to create a structured work flow • Must be effective and efficient in a fast paced environment
