Executive Assistant Industry: Financial Services Salary: $75-85K Plus: Paid OT & Bonus Location: NYC Midtown - Hybrid Support CEO and team of a highly successful well established boutique financial services firm in New York City. Responsibilities • Support the team in all administrative capacities • Front of house/reception duties • Office supply management • Manage team calendars • Coordinate client meetings and events • Coordinate travel, execute client gift program, manage database of continuing education requirements and insurance certifications • Process invoices and expense reports • Support CEO with PA duties (20% of role) including appointment management, personal travel and bill pay • Tackle any ad hoc projects as they arise • Job requires in office attendance 3+ days a week Qualifications • BA/BS required • At least 2-3 years of relevant administrative/office support experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong calendar management expertise • Be a true team player and enjoy doing personal assistant work • Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills • Strong writing and editing skills • Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize various projects • In office hours are generally 9am-6pm but must have a 24/7 mentality answering calls and responding to emails during off hours
