Job Title: IT Project Coordinator (Healthcare) Job Type: Full-Time Contract Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-Based Only) Contract Duration: Through December 19, 2026 About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a background in clinical or hospital environments, who is passionate about project coordination and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate internal and external release cadences (every 2 weeks) • Schedule and lead cadence meetings • Support various project-related tasks and meetings • Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure timely execution • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment • Assist Project Manager and PMO leadership with document management and scheduling • Track deliverables and assist with approval processes • Coordinate PMO/project meetings, logistics, and communication tools • Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items • Support subcontractor/vendor coordination Required Qualifications: • Associate degree or higher (preferably in Project Management or a related field) • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing projects, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead large, cross-functional meetings • Basic project management knowledge: task organization, progress tracking, and team coordination • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Long-term availability through the end of 2026 • Experience with SharePoint and MS Server software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Preferred: • PMP Certification • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects independently Interview Process: • Phone screen • Microsoft Teams interview Why Join Us? • 100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. • Stable, long-term contract through 2026 • Be part of a collaborative and mission-driven team • Great opportunity to grow in healthcare IT project coordination Job Type: Contract Education: • Associate (Preferred) Experience: • IT project coordinator in healthcare or clinic: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • PMP (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
