We’re looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a team in our Raleigh, NC facility. If you’re passionate about warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and supply chain management, this is your chance to work on products loved around the world. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Night Shift (7pm -7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation) Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You’ll Do: • Lead and mentor fulfillment staff, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities. • Oversee day-to-day shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. • Ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery of customer orders. • Maintain compliance with safety, ISO, and OSHA standards while promoting a safe workplace. • Partner with managers to resolve workflow issues, drive continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiency. • Complete administrative responsibilities including scheduling, timesheets, and performance reviews. • Support staffing initiatives including interviewing, onboarding, recognition, and performance management. What You’ll Bring: • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • 4+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain jobs, with supervisory responsibilities. • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. • Working knowledge of fulfillment equipment, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office. • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods. • Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, and continuous improvement practices a plus.
